01Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. They do not require a physical or digital signature. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Aftrswellness Pvt. Ltd., Shop No. 55, Ground Floor, Opposite Udham Singh Park, Kaithal, Haryana 136027, India.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the site.

02Pre-launch status

Sections 06 to 10 apply from the date ordering opens on the site.

03Eligibility

You may use the site and buy from us only if you are at least 18 years old, capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are not barred from doing so by any law. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

04Waitlist and accounts

• By joining the waitlist you agree to receive launch-related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• When accounts open, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You must give us accurate, current information and keep it updated. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the site.

05Products and health information

AFTRS sachets are food products and dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

• Ingredient lists, quantities and allergen information are printed on every sachet and shown on the site. Always check the pack for the latest information, as formulations may be updated.
• Information on the site, including the ritual-builder quiz, is general wellness information and is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person.
• Product images are for illustration. Colour and packaging may differ slightly from what you receive.
• We will comply with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and applicable FSSAI regulations, and our licence number will be printed on every pack.
• Store sachets in a cool, dry place and consume before the date printed on the pack.

06Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
• Payments are processed by an RBI-regulated payment gateway. We accept the methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery, where offered, may carry a handling fee and an order-value limit.
• Your payment information is handled by the gateway under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store full card details.
• Discount codes and founding-batch pricing cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn if misused.

07Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation with an order number. An automatic email acknowledging receipt is not acceptance.
• We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, delivery-area limits or breach of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full within 7 working days.
• We may limit quantities per order or per customer, particularly during the founding batch.
• Check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

08Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of weather, strikes, festival volumes or other events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report visible damage within 48 hours with photos.

09Returns, refunds and cancellations

The 30-day ritual guarantee

If your ritual isn't landing, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price of that pouch, even if you have opened it. One guarantee claim per product per customer. We may ask what didn't work so we can improve.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, at your choice. You do not need to return the item unless we ask.

Other returns

Because our products are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products outside the ritual guarantee. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

• You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched, from your account or by contacting us.
• After dispatch, an order cannot be cancelled but may be refused on delivery; we will refund the product value once the parcel returns to us.

How refunds work

• Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show the credit. Cash-on-delivery refunds go to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
• Discounts and vouchers are refunded as store credit unless the law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10Subscriptions

• Refill subscriptions deliver a pouch every 2 or 4 weeks at the subscription price shown at sign-up.
• You will be charged automatically on each renewal date to the payment method on file, in line with RBI rules on recurring payments, which may require you to set up an e-mandate and may notify you before each charge.
• You can pause, skip a delivery, change flavour or cancel at any time from your account, with no calls or forms. Changes made at least 48 hours before the next renewal date apply to that renewal.
• We will give you at least 15 days' notice by email of any change to the subscription price.

11Intellectual property

The AFTRS name, logo, sachet designs, product names (hydrate., greens., focus., sleep.), formulations, photography, copy, code and all other content on the site belong to Aftrswellness Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any content without our written permission.

12Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• scrape, crawl or copy site content or product data by automated means without permission;
• place fraudulent orders, misuse discount codes or the ritual guarantee, or use multiple accounts to circumvent limits;
• upload viruses, malicious code or content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or harmful;
• resell AFTRS products commercially without a written distribution agreement.

13Reviews and content you submit

• By submitting a review, photo, quiz answer or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit and display it in connection with AFTRS, including on the site and in marketing.
• You confirm the content is your own, is honest, and does not infringe anyone's rights. Reviews must reflect genuine experience with the product; we do not publish paid or incentivised reviews without disclosure.
• We may edit for length or clarity, and may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.

14Liability

• The site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, though we take reasonable steps to keep it so.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products.
• Our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aftrswellness Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees and partners from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Kaithal, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site. Before starting legal proceedings, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute through the grievance process in section 17.

17Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to handle complaints about orders, products, content or data.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours with a ticket number and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when ordering opens or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced by email to waitlist members and customers, or by a notice on the site, at least 7 days before they take effect. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
